Marketing Assistant [Agency]

In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with the Marketing Strategist and other marketing team members to coordinate all marketing activities in alignment with the high-level client strategy. Simultaneously, you will be responsible for scheduling and publishing content via social media platforms and WordPress in pursuit of client brand awareness goals.

 

What makes someone truly successful in this role is the ability to interpret the Marketing Strategist’s direction and proactively translate into a timely plan and tasks for the rest of the marketing team.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating closely with the marketing team to establish and organize marketing plan
  • Coordinating deliverables and managing timelines within our project management platform
  • Communicating, delegating, and following up on projects and tasks with the team
  • Preparing meeting agendas and recaps
  • Proactively scheduling social media posts and publishing content via WordPress
