Illinois Search & Staffing Association’s New Identity Will help Change the Employment Landscape

Chicago, IL March 26, 2014 — Illinois Search & Staffing Association (ISSA) has been a well-recognized resource and educational entity for companies in the executive search and personnel staffing sector. In March of 2014, ISSA rolled out a new logo, website and marketing strategy with the help and donated time from echogravity, seeking opportunities to help its membership power through legislation, healthcare and other factors impacting temporary and permanent employment.

According to Terri Kosecki, ISSA’s new President, ISSA has high goals for the next 24 months.

“With the healthcare and legislative changes affecting our industry, it’s vital that we put our best foot forward in order to educate our members with the latest information and research. Additionally, we need our voice to be heard as a group in an attempt to better serve our members and their employees. In order to maximize our impact to the community, ISSA has been undertaking a new strategy to increase the presence and awareness of the Association over the next 24 months. Part of this strategy includes the implementation of a new face to the association, starting with our website, which was launched earlier this month.”

In conjunction with ISSA, echogravity created a brand vision based on the goals of the association. echogravity’s role was to create and execute a compelling brand that will increase overall membership, as well as to provide a basis for further growth and awareness for the search and staffing industry. echogravity’s responsibilities in this project included the design of a new logo, a website redesign, membership software integration, social media image refresh, and a new digital marketing strategy.

Terri continues to discuss how echogravity’s role in this plan has been instrumental to the success of the project.
